Tyco City Hotel

I couldn't get comfortable here. So many things in the room were faulty, and management needs to take this seriously.

The place feels worn out and really needs renovation and better management. My room wasn't clean, the carpets and gym were dirty, and breakfast was the same each day. When I arrived at 8:00 am, the vegetables had run out, and the chef wouldn't even come out to acknowledge the problem. I left very disappointed.

Afahye hall is where we hold most of our conferences, and we also book rooms for our guests. TYCO City is in Abesim, under a 10-minute drive from Sunyani town centre. The service is great, there's a big pool, and the rooms are among the best I've seen in the city. Everything about TYCO City is on point.

The food let me down a bit. Most of it tasted bland, and the salad was just lettuce with a little tomato. Still, I had a really enjoyable stay. On arrival, security took my luggage to the nicely furnished, comfortable reception. They offered me a seat while my room was being prepared, then a receptionist showed me there. The room impressed me, it was comfortable and had what I needed for a week. Housekeeping cleaned it well every day, though they didn't refill the tea box after the first day. I also enjoyed the Friday live band. My first impression was great, and kudos to the Tyco City Management.
