The food and pool were good, and the staff were respectful. Service was okay.

I spent two nights here on April 24 and 25, 2025, and it didn't feel worth the money. The burger was good, and they made it for me even after the kitchen had closed. But room service took a long time, and I had no hot water for bathing, only lukewarm water. I complained several times and was told the whole hotel had the same issue, which they couldn't fix. My first room had a noisy AC, so they moved me, but the second one had the same problem, just a bit quieter. The AC also went off several times; they blamed low current and switched to the generator only after I complained strongly. The fridge was faulty too, but by then I was fed up and didn't bother reporting it. Cheaper hotels offer a better stay.

I was here for three nights but ended up staying two. It's a decent choice for a business trip, with fairly strong internet and helpful, professional front desk and marketing staff. The restaurant team wasn't as helpful. The food is just good, and the menu feels dull for this kind of hotel.

Inside the Best Western, the restaurant has plenty of parking and indoor seating. My weekend meal was an ordinary dining experience, with average service. There wasn't much of an ocean view or much appeal, though maybe the cloudy weather affected that. I liked the dessert, which was good. Nothing especially memorable otherwise.
