Daniel at reception was friendly and welcoming, but the rest of my stay was awful. The AC, TV, and fridge didn't work, and there was no hot water. Room 1 felt far too expensive for what you get, with only the large bed being comfortable. I arrived at midnight, yet was told I had to check out before noon or pay a 50% penalty. Aside from the kind receptionist, it was a terrible experience.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the property was kept up well. Service was fine, including the customer service. The bathroom wasn't terrible, but it really needs an upgrade.

The rooms were okay, but the parking setup was so inconvenient that I left after one night instead of staying the two I'd booked. When I asked the manager whether I could get money back for the unused night, he said yes. Seven months later, I've received nothing and they keep ignoring me. That's no way to treat a customer.

If you want a quieter spot away from the city's noise and are on a tight budget, this could work. It's only a minute's drive from the Effiakuma traffic light, with a nice exterior, pleasant grounds, and a parking lot.

I enjoyed staying here. The service was good, and Room 7 was clean, as was the rest of the surroundings. You're all welcome here.
