I ended up canceling my stay after a very poor experience in one of the budget-friendly rooms. The air conditioning wasn’t in good shape, and the attendant wasn’t welcoming. There were roaches in the washroom, then more started appearing in the room. I hope they addressed it after I complained.

The area is peaceful and quiet, which made for a pleasant stay. There are several room options at different prices.

There are three room levels here, and I don’t think the middle-priced one is worth it. The furniture in my room was old, the TV didn’t work, and the attendants didn’t help. I was asked what I’d like for breakfast, but it never arrived. The kitchen staff had apparently been told and forgot. For that price, hotels around community 11 offer much better rooms.

The staff were amazing, and the hotel is being remodeled. It’s already looking really nice. I’m looking forward to coming back once the work is finished.

The inside is really nice and feels premium, even if the location and exterior aren’t ideal. It’s in tema community 11, about 100 metres from kfc, and makes a good weekend spot if you want a break from Accra’s noise. There’s no pool, though.
