E1 Suites & Spa

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and there’s a nice cafe/restaurant on the ground floor. Our apartment had a really comfortable bed, air conditioning, a washing machine, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave and coffee machine. There’s also a spa, which we unfortunately didn’t get to use, though guests are entitled to two free hours a day. This four-star aparthotel is on Devil's Tower Road on Gibraltar's Eastside, around a 15-minute walk from the City Centre, 300 meters from Eastern Beach and about 1 km from Gibraltar International Airport. Highly recommended.

The location made the stay convenient, with a lovely beach and pleasant neighbourhood nearby and the airport about a 15-minute walk away. Our suites were spacious, spotless and nicely designed, with quality facilities that made them very comfortable. The wellness area was a highlight too, with a well-kept spa, good massage services, a fully equipped gym and a great pool. It felt like a luxury stay. Breakfast was outstanding, fresh and varied, with something for all tastes, among the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. Most of all, the staff made a difference. Everyone was warm, professional and consistently helpful, with great attention to detail and always willing to assist. We stayed four nights and it exceeded our expectations. We’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting Gibraltar.

Nikki was a gracious and attentive host, and her ideas for our day out and places to eat were spot on. We had a wonderful family stay. The room was beyond what we expected, and the huge terrace had spectacular views. We also loved being able to use the spa at the end of the day. The hotel restaurant was excellent for drinks and quick bites too. Thanks again, Nikki. We really appreciated the lovely stay and would highly recommend it.

The spa was a real highlight, especially the jacuzzi, pool, and sauna. The staff everywhere were so accommodating, and the spa team were fantastic. We spent two nights on the 17th floor with an amazing view of the water and the airport runway. I’d love to come back and book that same room. I’m already recommending E1 to friends and family, and one family has booked. Thanks for making the holiday so enjoyable.
