My boyfriend and I had a really good holiday at Antigoni's Apartments. The staff were kind and helpful, and the place was very clean. It’s close to the beach as well as Acharavi’s center, with its shops and restaurants. If we come back to Corfu, we’ll definitely stay there again!

The location was a 10 out of 10, but the beds were uncomfortable and basic amenities were missing.

The owner was friendly, and the location was good. The rest was disappointing. The apartment felt dirty, as if it had only had a surface clean, and the bathroom was grimy. Its faucet was dirty and loose. The furnishings were mostly poor, and the television was so tiny it barely counted as one. The stove and oven were old and dirty, with no soap or dish soap supplied. During our five nights we got just one set of towels. Worst of all was the mattress: it was incredibly hard and uncomfortable, and I often woke up at night with my arm having lost circulation.

A handy base for exploring the north of the island, with the beach and town center both easy to reach. The apartment is spacious and gets cleaned every day. It would be better with more kitchen utensils, even a basic salad bowl was missing, and there’s no shared washing machine.

It’s a two-storey villa with six apartments, and I had a wonderful week in number 6. The place was very clean, with the cleaning lady coming every morning, and everyone I dealt with was courteous. The one drawback was the lack of staff around. I don’t think I ever met the owners, only spoke with them on the phone.
