Koskinas Apartments

It was our first stay here, and we'll definitely come back. The woman who greeted us and looks after us is absolutely fantastic. There's no hairdryer in the room, but she'll lend you one, which is handy if you forgot yours. The room gets cleaned regularly, and they replenish the toilet roll, something I haven't had elsewhere.

A nice local place, clean and tidy, in a good location. The staff were very helpful. I'd stay here again.

The hostess, Gulya, is very welcoming and will bring you what you need if you ask, like an iron or hairdryer. The apartments are in a really convenient location, with all amenities nearby and a 10-minute walk to the beach. They clean every day, everything is very clean, and the linens are perfectly white. No complaints, just positive feelings! The air conditioning doesn't work, though it didn't bother us too much. Wi-Fi is always available, but it can lag when lots of people are using it. The hotel is nearby, and apartment guests can swim in the pool there for free. There's pleasant music, good company, nice water, and a bar close by. Beach cafes and restaurants provide sunbeds for 5 to 10 euros, depending on the conditions. Sometimes you can skip the sunbed fee by buying something like juice, ice cream, or Coke at their restaurant. Or you can pay the stated price, for example 6 euros, and use two sunbeds and one umbrella all day. I especially liked the area near Maestro restaurant, with its orange and white sunbeds. They have a small towel attached by your feet, which is handy for keeping sand off. There's parking near the apartments. You can rent a car and explore other beaches such as Barbati, Ipsos, Paleokastritsa, and Sidari. I really recommend experiencing Greece from the inside. The views are stunning, the nature is lovely, and the climate is mild. I recommend visiting!

There's a doctor of German descent in Acharavi, only a 3-minute walk away, which was reassuring. The landlady lives downstairs and came by to clean each day, though we didn't really need daily cleaning in an apartment. She doesn't speak English, but gets everything across with gestures and was very kind. The atmosphere was lovely, and the Wi-Fi is free. I'd happily stay here again.
