I was exhausted and just wanted to lie down in cool air, but the air conditioner wouldn’t work, so I had to ask the cleaner again to contact someone to come fix it. Earlier, I’d arrived at 3:30, the stated check-in time, but waited almost 30 minutes for a key. There’s no reception or staff at the property, and the phone numbers wouldn’t connect, so I asked a cleaner to reach someone. When the key finally came, I was pointed upstairs without clear directions to the room. The male workers also didn’t help me carry my things up the stairs. It wasn’t a huge issue, but felt inconsiderate after such a long wait. Once inside, I found I could lock the door only from outside because the lock was damaged.

The price was good, but the property wasn’t as shown. The online photos were entirely of a different hotel, and there was no pool or reception. I couldn’t contact anyone there, the room appliances didn’t work, and the rooms weren’t cleaned, so mine was dirty. I didn’t stay, and they refused my refund request despite all these problems and misrepresentations. I’m disappointed, and hope this review saves someone else the money and vacation hassle I went through.

There was no balcony, although the booking said there would be. The bed mattress dug into my ribs, and the shower drain was clogged. There wasn’t an outlet by the mirror, so I couldn’t see to do my hair with the dryer.

The shower was one of the worst I’ve had. Water drained so slowly that the bathroom flooded almost every time we used it, and the bathroom itself was awful. The bed was mediocre at best. It was listed as a hotel, but when we arrived there was no sign, lobby, staff to check us in, or anything you’d expect at a hotel. It was just a bunch of rooms and should have been listed as an Airbnb or something else.

The worst part was an employee behaving inappropriately, staring and whistling at us while we were on our terrace in bikinis. That’s not okay. The stay itself was a disaster too: the shower was broken, the AC didn’t work, and the room stayed humid because of the shower. Mushrooms even started growing in the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend it.
