We had several hassles during our short one-night stay, but received no compensation. The staff left us waiting for an hour at 1am because they didn’t bring the right key to open our room. Then there was a power cut the next morning, and nobody came to fix it. We had to shower in the dark and couldn’t have a proper breakfast in the room, even though it was supposedly included in the price. A real disappointment, with a lack of customer care at every turn.

The owner was really nice and helpful, and the place is spacious and well located.

I chose this place because it’s close to the port, which was its only good point. Everything else was awful. We got in by boat at 1:00 AM, but the person meant to meet us wasn’t there. When we reached our room, the person in charge didn’t have the key, so we waited another hour for someone to bring the right one. The next morning, the coffee machine tripped the circuit breaker, and we couldn’t reset it, so we couldn’t even make coffee. All we got was an apology, with nothing done about it. We also had to shower in the dark. Stay away.
