Dioni Hotel

We paid over 800 euros per person for all-inclusive, but the food was very poor and it felt like full board at most. The packed lunch for our beach trips was just one sandwich and one salad, not even enough for a child. We also got only 2 liters of water between the two of us for the whole week, so we had to buy water throughout the stay. The poolside bar was paid, which I hadn't expected with all-inclusive. Even to have a beer, I had to wash my glass because there wasn't a clean usable one. The room didn't look new, which I could have lived with, but it was dirty, dusty, and the sink and shower drains were black and clogged with grime. The kitchenette was pointless, with only a kettle and empty cupboards. The photos show the nicest rooms, so don't trust them. I couldn't imagine spending all my time on the hotel's beach. The sea in that area was quite dirty and the beach wasn't maintained. I rate this hotel experience at 1 star. The holiday itself was better: we tried amazing local food and drove to a different beach each day. We paid 230 euros for a car for five days, which wasn't a lot, and it was well worth it for the views and beautiful beaches.
