Grecotel Casa Adele

We were looking for a peaceful place close to the beach, and Greco Hotel Casa Adele was just right. The pools were clean and well maintained, and breakfast had plenty of choice to start the day. Our room was spacious, clean, and welcoming, and the staff were very kind and always ready to help. We had a truly great stay and would recommend it to anyone.

The beach is nearby, and the hotel also has a gym and spa, which was a nice bonus. Families are well catered for, with a dedicated area for different children’s activities at certain times. We stayed in an apartment with pool access from the balcony. It was very clean, and the bedroom sits somewhat downstairs, so it stayed cool and quiet. That worked perfectly for us when the baby was sleeping around noon and people were at the pool outside. The staff and service were excellent. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and the location was very spacious. Definitely recommend it for families!

The location is perfect, with shops and a supermarket nearby, a path to the beach just outside, and plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes along our stretch of the strip. There’s also a sports bar a stone’s throw away, which suits the kids now that the Premier League has started again. The hotel facilities have been great for our family. The pools are clean, and the children love having four to choose from. We haven’t tried the indoor one. Breakfast has a good selection, and the gym was disappointing, with just one treadmill, a bike, and some weights. The rooms are cleaned daily, with fresh towels and toilet paper and the beds made. We arrived after midnight and were greeted with drinks. Check-in was easy, and the staff were really friendly. They took us to our room, but later told us we’d been given the wrong one and would need to move in the morning. When we raised it the next day, they let us stay put to avoid the hassle. They explained we’d been put in upgraded accommodation and that had caused the mix-up. We’re having a wonderful time here.

I’d highly recommend Hotel Grecotel Casa Adele. It’s a short walk to the beach, and there are three pools, all kept in very good condition. I got an upgrade to a room with direct pool access from the terrace. It had air conditioning and was well equipped, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with sweets, fruit, water, juice, and coffee. The staff kept refilling the empty trays. We were welcomed with refreshing drinks, and both the managers and staff were around, friendly, and seemed to know what they were doing. The service lived up to the hotel’s reputation.
