The service was great, especially Mary, who was very pretty, friendly, and nice to chat with. Another star for her. I'll come back just for Mary's sake 😊 The room itself was good, though the air conditioning was a bit loud, so we barely used it. Noise from the neighboring room was also noticeable, especially at night. That's the only drawback, and maybe something can be done about it. It was easy to get around, with some good restaurants down the street. I recommend Vergina 1, super nice, and the food is really good. The beach was about a ten-minute walk away, and Rethymno town was quick to reach by bus. You need to buy tickets at a kiosk or supermarket, though. Hello, my name is Patrick. We had a fantastic, relaxed, and quiet stay, and the staff made us feel very welcome. They were always ready to help. Mary was especially friendly and even arranged a rental car for us, making sure we got a good deal. The old town was a ten-minute taxi ride away, with lots to do.

A very friendly family runs the hotel and is always ready to help. It's peaceful and close to restaurants and shops, making it a good place to relax. The room cleaning starts at 8:30. The music around the swimming pool was nice, and breakfast was very good too. Xavier from France.

Mary was so lovely and accommodating. Our family room was much better than we expected, with lots of space, a comfortable bed, and everything very clean. We had a great stay with our two-year-old and would definitely come back.

The pool was a big hit with my son and nephew, both under two, and the rooms were comfortable. The location worked well too, near shops and restaurants and about a 10-minute drive from Rethymno. Mary and Cristallenia welcomed our group of 20 warmly from the start and were helpful with all our questions, so we had a wonderful time and would recommend it to families with young children. Our first night did have one snag: a night staff member was rude and wouldn’t give us toilet paper. Mary handled it very well, and we appreciated her taking care of the situation.
