Penelope and her family and team are lovely and very helpful. The hotel is clean and quiet, and breakfast is very good. I can absolutely recommend it.

The calm setting near the beach and local amenities made it easy to relax without noise disturbances. We’re already planning another visit. Pinelopi and her friendly family-run team made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, and receptionist Panagiota was a treasure. She even sent us restaurant and sightseeing suggestions by WhatsApp, along with the bus timetable. The hotel is beautifully kept and spotlessly clean, with a cozy, quiet atmosphere. Our room stayed cool at night thanks to the air conditioning. The shower had excellent pressure, the kitchenette had everything we needed, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The pool area was clean and well maintained, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach, shops, bars, and restaurants were a short walk away, and buses made it easy to visit places like Rethymno and Chania. Top marks for location, friendliness, and value for money.

The studio was small but had everything we wanted. The owner and family were lovely, obliging, friendly, and really helpful. The pool and garden are beautifully maintained, and there were enough towels for the guests, so no worries about reserving one. Breakfast was superb, with hot food, pastries, and vegan options. Couldn’t fault it.

A really lovely family-run hotel with a peaceful, quiet outdoor space. The beach is just a two-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets about two minutes away too. Rethymno old town is a 10- to 15-minute drive. We just wish we could have stayed longer.
