The restaurant has a wonderful view, though the fresh food and talented cooks could easily steal the attention. There are lots of activities to choose from, and the hotel can arrange bookings for you. It’s an intimate, relaxed place to stay, and the all-inclusive experience avoids the usual flaws. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable, and you can personalize your mattress and pillows. Service is remarkable for a comparatively cheap hotel. The front desk are always warm and welcoming when you come back after a long day exploring, without being intrusive. Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful hotel.

We came all the way from Ohio (The States) for our honeymoon, and we're so glad we did. The private dinner on the beach and couple photos were highlights of the honeymoon package we added, and we'll treasure those memories of Greece and Uzenie. Mary & Despina at the spa gave us wonderful massages and were lovely to talk with. Our Cave Oasis Suite was beautiful, with a lovely water view. The food was incredible, freshly made each day for every meal, and the kitchen and restaurant staff were amazing. From the moment we arrived, everyone on staff was kind and accommodating. I wish I could remember every name so I could thank each person who went out of their way to make our stay special. Thank you, Uzenie, from the bottom of our hearts. We hope to see you all again someday.

Everyone on staff was super friendly and polite, definitely the best part of the hotel. Still, for what we paid, it didn't feel worth the money. The design is fancy and the staff are well trained and skilled, but several things bothered us. Our pool vila only got sunlight until 10 in the morning because of its position. The room also had bugs and ants. We killed at least 20 in the shower, and there were still at least 20 in the room, which was really unpleasant. There was a strong sewage smell coming from the sink, toilet, and even the shower. We had to block the sink with towels to bear it, and once the toilet clogged. It seemed like the construction had missed a few things. On top of that, everything cost extra, even the sauna at 20€ per person a day. Drinks were way overpriced too, 14€ for a gin tonic and 8€ for a small smoothie. We ate lunch outside almost every day, where the rest of the Island had normal Greek prices.

The staff went above and beyond on our last day. We accidentally left our key in the safe, and reception sent it to the airport by taxi without hesitation. That pretty much says it all about the service. The place was spotless, from our clean, stylish room to the beach and its comfortable loungers. The design felt fresh and thoughtfully done, and there were loads of lovely little details. Massages were great, and yoga with Luiza by the sea in the morning was a dream. The buffet was some of the best I've had, all local and homemade, even the ketchup. I’ll probably miss the pistachio ice cream forever. The staff were so kind and welcoming, and we had great conversations with many of them. I'm absolutely in love with this hotel, a full 10/10, and can't wait to come back!
