We’d paid for a few meals in Corfu that didn’t feel worth it, so Anemos was a welcome change. The food was probably the best we had all holiday, and the view was lovely at any time. Watching the sun go down from our table made dinner even nicer, though the meal itself was well worth coming for.

They seemed keen to sort things out from the moment we tried to book. The service had a lot of heart, with hard-working staff and plenty of humor. Be sure to get there before sundown, when the place turns magical. Especially worth a visit if you’re from the Netherlands 🇳🇱.

The staff were so polite and friendly, and the sunset view is amazing if you catch it. The food itself wasn’t the best, though.

We came for the sunset, but the food, service and relaxed atmosphere made the meal, too. Anemos was one of our best dining experiences in Corfu. The setting feels elegant without being stuffy, and the staff were quick, attentive and helpful. The portions are huge, especially the lamb shank, which I recommend if you’re ready for a lot of food. The sunset views are breathtaking. Afionas village is lovely in its own right, particularly later in the afternoon once the crowds have gone. There’s a panoramic spot near the restaurant with almost a 360-degree view. Calling ahead for a reservation is a good idea. Parking can be tricky, though the restaurant has a few reserved spaces on the left side of the church.
