The location was ideal, less than about 100 metres from the beach and restaurants. It was a cute private apartment with a spacious balcony, a roomy bedroom with a big double bed, and a good sized bathroom. The shower had its own section, so the room didn’t feel cramped and water stayed off the rest of the floor. The kitchen had an oven, stove, fridge and sink. There’s enough here for a relaxed island stay without the fuss of hostels or pricey beach resorts. This is a family run place and everyone was welcoming. My room was very clean when I arrived, with daily cleaning after that. The Greek host was especially warm, and left me an authentic Greek snack on arrival. The second day, after I came back from the beach, I found a cleaned room and a Greek style cake waiting for me.

Even though we checked in late, the kind Greek family welcomed us with smiles and homemade cake. They gave us extra towels, cleaned the rooms every day, and looked after us like family. Best stay in Naxos, highly recommend!

Sunday Studios felt peaceful and charming, with such good energy. I traveled alone and felt safe, welcome, and at home from the start. The lovely Greek family who own it made me feel like one of their own. Thank you for opening your home to me and making the stay so memorable. I’ll always carry this experience with me.

We had a really enjoyable stay. Our hosts were excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily, and the linen was changed on alternate days. It’s a quiet spot, just 30m from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and bus stop. Highly recommended, and we’d stay again.

We ended up adding another night, and the changeover was easy. From the welcome onward, the family feel at Sunday studios came through, and the owners made the stay such a positive one. Thanks for looking after us so well.
