Just a shame. The service was effectively absent, with no provision or help. We had to clean ant nests from the bed ourselves every day, and water kept dripping from the air conditioner into the room. The bathroom door wouldn't close, and there was no water for a bath until we begged them to turn on the pump. The manager was nowhere to be seen and didn't answer the phone. A very bad experience.
