It’s a cozy, relaxing place, and most of the breakfast is homemade. The guest house is run by the owners, who were among the friendliest hotel workers I’ve met. Every room has a fireplace, and they’re happy to help get it going. There’s air conditioning too, in case you need extra heat.

The room windows are on the small side, which is a drawback. Still, the atmosphere and surroundings are nice, and having a fireplace in the room is a real plus.

A beautiful spot for a couple’s stay.

At 180€ per night, it doesn’t feel worth the price. The outside is beautiful, but indoors it’s mediocre. Downstairs, the furnishings are cheap and seem to have been put there without much thought. The old mattresses are unacceptable, and the makeshift sofa-bench by the fireplace is barely usable. You can’t really sit there with a glass of wine. There’s just one drain in the middle of the bathroom, and it also has to take the shower water. I asked for more kindling for the fireplace, but it never arrived.

The owners are lovely and always willing to help. The rooms are comfortable, warm, clean, and have everything you need. It’s a great setting, and I’d highly recommend staying here.
