We stayed four days and were happy with everything. The lobby was great, the spot was beautiful, and the staff were all excellent and polite. The spa facilities were wonderful too.

The large parking lot and the hotel's location close to the village meant we never needed the car to get there. We came for a two-day getaway to enjoy the village and spa, and had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the fireplace was kept going for us.

The hotel and rooms looked beautiful, and the internet was really fast. The food was very average, though. The spa was a major letdown: the pool water was cold, the hammam wasn't warm, and the spa room itself needs renovation.

The spa was clean and had a really relaxing feel. We also found the staff polite and helpful throughout. Our family of four was comfortable in the room, and breakfast was delicious, with lovely views over the village.

The staff were friendly and professional across the board, from reception and housekeeping to the food and beverage team and the spa and gym staff. Breakfast had plenty of well-prepared options, and the coffee was good. There was outdoor parking near the entrance. Our room was spacious, with a king-size bed, fireplace and hot tub, and we had a lovely time as a couple. We were welcomed warmly at check-in. When we had a small problem with the tub, maintenance fixed it quickly and efficiently. The one disappointment was that the pool was closed because of COVID.
