The location works really well for visiting nearby beaches, and Petros gave us some very good recommendations. We had a wonderful three-day stay. Even in hot weather, the ground-floor studio stayed cool. It was super clean, had all the essentials for a short or longer visit, lots of storage, and even a washing machine.

Petros was generous with lots of little things during my stay, and flexible about the apartment and checkout time. He also sent me a great selection of places to visit and replied quickly to all my questions. The property was lovely and well cared for, and I'm very grateful.

Very clean and practical, in a really quiet location. The hosts were super friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful. Highly recommended.

The setting is lovely, with greenery, verandas, and handsome stone buildings, and parking is easy. The rooms are honest and affordable for the area. There’s air conditioning and Cosmote TV for movies, too. Agios Emilianos village makes it easy to get to Kosta harbor for Spetses or elsewhere in Ermionida. It is pretty isolated, though, so bring snacks and drinking water. The tap water is only for bathing.

Mr. Petros made us feel welcome with his kind, cheerful hospitality. The place was clean, had all the amenities, and was quiet. We’ll come back to these rooms.
