The owner is lovely and always willing to help. The rooms and studios are new and furnished well, and the spot is right across from agio prokopios beach. Restaurants, shops, and cafes are only a couple of steps away. I’d definitely recommend it.

We had a large, comfortable balcony with lovely views, and the room felt homey, with comfortable beds. There was plenty of parking, and the staff greeted us warmly at reception, showed us to the room, and explained the basics. When I needed a hair dryer, they sorted it out straight away. Everything about the stay was great.

The telephone pole about 10 metres in front of my veranda was a problem for me, and my complaint went nowhere. I arrived late for a three-night stay and barely slept that first night. In the morning, I said I could leave early because of the pole and because the cook had yelled at me over my dog. At this price, I expected another hotel to move me to a different room, but nothing was done. I paid double what other guests were paying for the same kind of room, and they even charged me more than the quoted price. When I checked out, I told the daughter the amount was unacceptable with the pole outside, especially when everyone else paid half. She did nothing. The mother said the price was whatever her 14-year-old daughter, who was the receptionist, said. Letting a 14-year-old run the business seemed like questionable judgment to me. The whole thing was unacceptable and outrageous, and it ruined my vacation. I also felt it was unhealthy to be exposed to electromagnetic fields. I believe having a telephone pole in front of the room is illegal, and that refusing an upgrade or a refund for the overcharge was immoral and inconsiderate. My bank even flagged the price as possible fraud. These people were not very nice.
