Maria does a very good job cleaning every three days, and she’s nice to talk with. The apartment is really spacious and nicely decorated in a stylish, modern way, with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and terrace.

A very comfortable, clean stay, and we’d gladly come back. One annoying thing was the wallpaper starting to peel. Depending on when you arrive, there may be no one there to welcome you, but instructions are sent for getting into the apartment. There was wine, juice, and water waiting in the fridge. G.Living 365 (formerly Q Living) is on the rural edge of Agia Efimia, among local Greek residents but still a comfortable distance from the harbor, beach, and tavernas, all around 150 meters away. The building and apartments look fairly new. We stayed in apartment Joy, just above ground level, with a roomy northeast-facing terrace overlooking buildings and mountains. You can see the sunrise, and the terrace gets sun until early afternoon. There are two chairs and a table. The living and dining area is spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen. It has a dishwasher with detergent provided, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine with filters, cooker, fridge, freezer, pans, dishes, cups, glasses, and cutlery. There’s a large, comfortable two-person sofa bed, three seating bags, and a dining table. The decor is simple but stylish. There are two ceiling fans and air conditioning in the room, and coffee, tea, and sugar are provided. The separate bedroom has a firm but comfortable double mattress, about 1.60 by 2.00 meters, with two pillows. There’s also a desk, mirror, chair, two bedside tables with individual lights, and roomy built-in closets containing a safe, iron, hairdryer, two extra pillows, a blanket, and more. There’s plenty of clothing storage, plus a separate air conditioning unit and ceiling fan. The separate bathroom is small, as is common in Greece, but adequate. The bathtub is very small, and you have to stand in it to shower. It has a toilet, bin, sink, mirror with a little storage, and a washing machine with detergent provided. Cleaning is done twice a week, with the bed made and fresh towels supplied: two large, two small, and a floor towel. The sliding terrace doors have glass, shutters, and mosquito netting, as do the bedroom windows.

I rented this apartment for a week in July 2022. It was comfortable, very clean, and spacious, just a few steps from the town center with its restaurants, markets, and other places. The owner was excellent and fixed a small shower issue right away. My only minor reservations were the somewhat cramped bathroom, especially the tub and shower, and the lack of a second sofa bed. The sofa has a pull-out section that works as a single bed, while the seat itself can serve as another bed. Otherwise, I definitely recommend it.

Two hours before we arrived, I was told there was no room for us on the first night, even though I had written confirmation. It was hard to communicate with the managers, and their replies were delayed. The room was large, but the cleaning was only superficial, and ants were everywhere, even in the clothing drawers.
