Areti Hotel

The room was enormous, the biggest hotel room I've seen so far, with a spectacular sea view. The pool was nice and clean too. We arrived tired late in the evening, after the pool had already closed, and wished it stayed open as long as the bar. There isn't an elevator, so hauling luggage up to the third floor wasn't pleasant. For all that space, the room lacked proper lighting, and the showers were quite dark.

Evangelia is a delight and makes every guest feel like a star. The hotel is lovely, clean, and welcoming, with modern, swish, pristine ensuite rooms, balconies, breakfast included, and great views. It was great value, and I loved my stay. There's no lift, and the walk back from the beach or harbour is short but steep. That may not suit anyone with mobility limitations or heavy luggage.

The thin walls and noisy plumbing were the main reason I considered leaving 3 stars, but I came away feeling so positive that I gave 4. I could hear my neighbors showering and throwing up at night 😀, and the plumbing was crazy loud. Their showers would wake me at 7am because it sounded like someone was showering in my bathroom with the door open 😀. I stayed 5 days and felt the staff did everything they could to make the visit go well. The hotel was really clean, the staff were friendly and service minded, and it's great value for money. Thank you for a great stay.

Fantastic value and an excellent location, just a couple of minutes' walk from the center. We had a great room, comfortable beds, a very good bathroom, a nice balcony, and great amenities. Breakfast was fantastic, the pool was great, parking was super, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Perfect across the board. Highly recommended. 👌
