Hotel Park

The room was so noisy that sleeping was almost impossible. There’s no soundproofing: traffic from the nearby eight-lane road came through clearly, along with other guests’ conversations, laughter, calls, and suitcases rolling down the hall. Since many guests seem to be waiting for airport flights, the noise was constant. Cleanliness was another serious problem. The room was old, poorly kept, and very dirty when we arrived. There was male hair on the bedding and toilet, fecal residue inside the toilet, and a strong, persistent sewage or feces smell. Most drains were nearly blocked, and the odor stayed throughout our visit. We hadn’t requested or agreed to a third bed, but one had been put in the room, taking up space and making it hard to move around. The air conditioner was set into a niche and blew into the enclosed space instead of the room. It overheated quickly, warmed the area around it, and couldn’t heat the room effectively. The room was meant for three people but had only one glass. There was no kettle, cups, or free drinking water. Bottled water at reception cost about six times as much as at the nearest shop. Breakfast was disappointing too. Staff asked for room numbers and whether breakfast had been paid for at the entrance, which felt uncomfortable. Even with few guests, food such as egg dishes ran out quickly. In practice, bread with jam and tea were the only items consistently available. The hotel fell short of reasonable expectations for cleanliness, comfort, and service.

We were charged for an extra breakfast day, even though we only ate breakfast on the 18th and 19th. When we asked staff to check the CCTV footage, they refused. We only got the invoice after paying, and we wouldn’t have paid that incorrect amount if we’d seen it beforehand. We hope the owners and senior management look into this and refund the overcharge. This kind of practice could be misleading, or even dishonest, toward customers. Thank you.

I arrived late at night just to sleep over. When I went to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, hot water had flooded the room and was leaking from somewhere. I couldn’t use the toilet, sink, or shower, and they offered no compensation. They said there was nothing they could do.

There were bugs in the rooms, and the beds were full of bedbugs. For a two-star place, the hotel itself is okay, but the bedbugs make it unacceptable.
