Mama La Roosa

Petros and his help exploring the area were what made our stay special. We spent a couple of nights at Mama la Roosa and had a lovely time, especially enjoying the views and the beautiful decor. Thanks so much for everything!

Petros was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our time at Mama La Rosa. From the villa and its location to the service, the whole experience during our recent trip to Crete was one of a kind. The house is hard to describe, with every area thoughtfully arranged and lovely little touches that make it comfortable. You really have to experience its beauty for yourself. The views were simply outstanding at every time of day, morning, evening, and night. Petros can help with pretty much anything you might need on holiday, including dinner bookings, excursions, taxis, and airport transfers. He even arranged to have some basic supplies brought to the house for our stay. His service was extraordinary. Don’t overthink booking it, just do it!

We weren’t even Pedro’s customers, but we saw how helpful he is firsthand. Our scooter lost power in the middle of nowhere and we were stranded. Pedro happened to ride by, stopped, and asked if we needed help. He immediately went down to a nearby beach to get cables and an extra battery so he could restart the scooter. When he got back, he fixed it himself and even called the rental company to speak for us in Greek. His little son waited patiently the whole time. Pedro wouldn’t accept any money when we offered it to show our appreciation. He saved our day. Thank you so much, Pedro, we’re very grateful for the help!
