The air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature, and I liked having USB ports beside the bed. Both only worked while the key was in the slot. Housekeeping came when requested and the rooms were clean. The local beach is a bit rubbish, but walk around the Pinnacle Hotel and the beach on the other side is beautiful. They didn't provide simple things like coffee pods for the morning, and with only one key, one of us could get locked out if we went different places. The power only worked with the key in its slot, so I couldn't go out and get my wife breakfast in bed. We had a great stay, but wouldn't come again. It just didn't quite offer enough.

We noticed some humidity in the apartment, and the hot water temperature was a little inconsistent at times. Those were small issues in an otherwise great stay in Crete. The place was clean, well located and had what we needed to be comfortable. There was a mix-up with the room booking, but Maria and Katarina were incredibly helpful and responsive. They even answered our call after midnight and found us somewhere to settle in, which was a huge relief after a long day of travel. We really appreciated their kindness and hospitality. Definitely 5/5.

We had a lot of fun and will definitely come back. The house is spacious, with three large bedrooms and air conditioning in every room and the living room. It's a beautiful private house, just a five-minute walk from the beach. Nearby there are a supermarket, coffee shops and a gas station. The beach is quiet and clean, with clear water, no waves and beach beds. It's one of the most beautiful beaches in Crete.

The owners were some of the best people I've ever met, so generous, funny and caring. They even invited us to a BBQ, which made for a truly amazing evening. Thank you, Maria, Manos, Katherine, Georges and Helena. We spent the last few weeks here and they were incredible. The house is cosy, comfortable and has an amazing view. A great beach with crystal-clear water is only a three-minute walk away, and there are great restaurants close enough to reach without driving.

The landlord's family is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The house is cosy and convenient, close to the sea, and has everything you need.
