Eco Dome Crete

Kostas and Martin, a young intern who was working there for a few weeks, were the best part. They were welcoming and helped us sort out a flat tire. The campsite itself was well organized and very clean, with shady places to pitch a tent and a pool facing the sea. We only spent one night while passing through, but I’d definitely return if I’m nearby.

The view is exceptional, and spending a day by the pool and bar, swimming, sunbathing, eating and drinking, is a real treat. The campsite is basic, with shade set up. Camping in Crete is well worth considering.

The owner is kind and the price is fair. There’s a nice pool and bar, and it’s a good spot for fishing or just relaxing. Sisi village and the archaeological site of Malia are nearby, with a sandy beach at Malia. A lovely place for nature lovers. I highly recommend this campsite.

It’s a quiet place with good facilities, a lovely owner, and a great pool overlooking the ocean. The old-fashioned camping atmosphere was a real draw, and it was the best thing about Sisi for me. We stayed two nights on our way east and loved it. I wouldn’t return to Sisi because I’d choose other areas, but if I did, I’d definitely stay here again.
