Calamos Beach Hotel by Anayia All Inclusive Resorts

It’s a nice place for a family holiday, and I’ve been here three times. For the price, it’s still a good time overall, but the food needs more variety. In 2025 it was much worse than it had been in 2018, with nearly the same poor options almost every day. Back in 2018 they had pizza, shishebap and pancetta grilled at lunch.

The hotel’s setting is beautiful and peaceful, with sea and mountain views and no clubs, pubs or discos nearby. Agii Apostoli, the nearest village, is about a 20-minute walk away. It has a small, charming harbor with boats, plenty of shops and cafés, and a bus to the center of Athens for €4.80. The dining room is spacious, with indoor seating and a large terrace for eating outside. We especially liked the stunning sea view from the rooms and the private beach with free sunbeds. The beach has rocks at the water’s edge, so water shoes are a good idea, but past the entrance it’s coarse sand and very pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was tasty with good variety. It was also great that all-inclusive was available whether you booked directly or through another website. A lovely choice for a quiet, relaxing stay by the sea.

We had an unforgettable week in July with our two children, staying in a family room with bunk beds and a wonderful sea view. It had air conditioning, a refrigerator and a balcony. The all-inclusive food was very tasty, though the restaurant got crowded and noisy, and we often had to wait for the most popular dishes. Still, everything was brought to us and nothing was missing. The pool bar had drinks, ice cream and small snacks, and a lifeguard kept things orderly at the pool. There weren’t enough sunbeds, which was the main downside, but the bay and private beach were lovely. The hotel is in a secluded spot away from the center, which we liked. Staff were friendly and the reception team polite. For a visit to Athens, the best option is a tour through the Rainbow website, with a coach taking you everywhere. Best regards.

We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. The room’s sea view was breathtaking, and everything was perfectly clean. The food was excellent and varied, with plenty of options for both meat eaters and vegetarians. The receptionists were so kind and welcoming, and you could really feel how much care they put into looking after guests. Highly recommended! ❤️🌊✨
