Siagas Beach Hotel

We ended up sleeping at the camping next door, which worked out better than staying here. The hotel refunded us the next morning, but we had to go back to reception and spend more time there. When we arrived, staff couldn't find our online booking, even after we showed the confirmation and proof of payment. They refused to give us a room and didn't seem interested in fixing the problem. They left us waiting at reception until check-in closed, without an explanation or solution. Because of the unprofessional attitude and lack of knowledge or interest, at 11 pm we had nowhere to sleep. Avoid this place.

The street art all around the area is incredible. It's so pretty it nearly makes me tear up. For four days, my whole world was the same four people: my mother, my sister, and my grandparents. What a treat! And now I basically live on club sandwiches. I'm addicted.

There's a great beach right at the hotel, with a lovely sea view. The rooms are roomy, the beds comfortable, and the balcony is big. The washroom was nice too, and there's a restaurant and bar. Service was great, the staff were polite and very accommodating, and the parking lot is huge. A really nice hotel with everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Completely unprofessional, and the rudest personnel I've ever come across. The worst “hotel”.
