The apartment was good and everything worked well. The cleaning lady is kind and very meticulous, cleaning nicely every day. She deserves a big salary. There's parking in front, with a supermarket, restaurant, bus station and ice cream right next door. Agioi Apostoloi beach is excellent for children, with fine sand and shallow water, about two minutes by car or ten minutes on foot. The beach atmosphere is lovely, mostly Greek, calm and beautiful. Chania center is much nicer, but also more expensive. The one real drawback was the sofa bed in the living room. It was terrible to sleep on, and we woke every morning with back pain. The bedroom mattress was much better. All together, very good.

Be careful, the pictures are false! The standard rooms show a nice ocean view, but when we arrived the view was vastly worse. I pointed it out, and they told me the photo for the standard room was actually of the superior room, and that view costs extra. I asked to cancel for free, but they refused, even though we hadn't used the shower, toilet, fridge or bed. That's a sale forced on me through false advertising. Booking still hasn't returned my money. I had to book a second hotel with the view I wanted for a similar price, so I ended up paying twice for my stay. I'll see if I can get my money back by involving the tourist police. Without a threat, they do nothing to fix the situation. The promised and delivered views are shown in the attached picture. Avoid. Deceitful. Scammy.

We spent six nights here. The price was affordable, and the experience was about what you'd expect for that price, but there were some serious disappointments. Towels and bed linen were worn, and were only replaced on day four after we'd left them on the floor for two days. The sheets were in poor condition, too. My parents joined us three days into the stay and were very disappointed: they had booked and paid for an executive room but were given an outdated one with old, neglected furniture. Staff said no executive rooms were available, despite the reservation clearly stating otherwise. They promised to move them the next day, then later brushed that aside, saying my parents would mostly be at the beach and only had two days left. The hotel's response to their review blamed a hot water issue, which was completely false. Be cautious and double-check what room you're actually given when you arrive.

The sea view from the apartment was breathtaking, and it was quiet and romantic. Giorgio and his parents, Kostas and Maria, are lovely people and were ready to help whenever we had a request. They were the best hosts. It was really easy to communicate through Booking, and Giorgio replied to everything we asked in real time. The location is perfect, just two steps from the beach, and the area has all kinds of services.
