The staff were kind, professional, and welcoming, and the food was excellent. The receptionists, restaurant team, and others all deserve five stars. Sadly, the cleaning let us down. Although the room was cleaned, it wasn't done properly, my skin suffered, and I saw a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom. The night before we left, 100 euros disappeared from my wallet. I'm careful with money, and I know it was taken. That overshadowed the whole stay. The AC unit was oddly installed inside the bathroom, behind a small door in the shower. The hotel said every room is set up the same way. It felt uncomfortable, and we tried not to shower right beside it. For us, the accommodation gets two stars, the food and staff five each, and cleaning just one. If cleanliness matters a lot to you, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. You might be fine with it if you're less sensitive. Most of all, keep your things in the safe, hold on to the key, and be careful.

We enjoyed the breakfast and found the staff great. Cleaners came almost every day, six out of seven, which suited us well. The room was another story: it had a very old AC system, what I think was mould around the shower, and a creaky sink. The toilet wasn't hygienic either. There are only three parking spots, and they were always taken, so we had to look for a space nearby, which wasn't easy.

We spent eight nights here and loved this little hotel. The staff were so kind, and Argiro deserves special thanks for the different homemade Cretan treats we got every morning. Our huge room also had a small kitchen area with a fridge. If you're tired of those soulless hotels with 700 rooms and want a fun family stay, this place is for you. The location is great for a relaxing holiday, too.

I really miss the staff, they were so kind and friendly 🥹 The apartment was cozy and very clean, with the cleaning ladies coming every day. I also liked the pool area. Georgia made the best frappee I had in Crete 💕 Thanks so much for the extra thick blankets, the nights were cold. I'm from Finland, so having a coffeemaker in the apartment made me very happy 😍😂 One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in ❤️

A good-value hotel for a quiet stay if you've got a car. We stayed one night while visiting Chania, just a short drive of a few kilometres from the main part of town. The room was comfortable and clean, if a little dated, with a TV, small balcony, air con, and kitchenette. The hotel pool looked nice, though the weather was too cold for us to swim. There are supermarkets nearby and an excellent Greek restaurant around the corner, which the hotel recommended. I'd stay again.
