It's very noisy and there's no soundproofing. Air conditioning costs an extra €8 a day. I wouldn't recommend it. Better to pay more and get at least some comfort.

The surroundings and facilities are gorgeous, and the service was so friendly and attentive. The home-cooked food was absolutely amazing, with lots of choices for my vegetarian friend. There's a cocktail expert on hand to make whatever you're in the mood for. We've visited several times during our holiday and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Therese & Johan The first welcome is top notch, and there’s one of the area's best restaurants here. Car hire comes with great service too. Three beaches are close by, and the bus stop for Chania is nearby. Like lots of other guests, we've returned several times, and it's easy to see why. It's a gem for a pleasant stay in Crete.

Mosquitoes got into the room at night because of the surrounding plants, so buy a plug-in with tablets to keep them out. We'll miss the friendly beach dogs at Iguana Beach, just 200 metres away. Beaches, great restaurants, parks and recreation areas are right outside the door. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed. It's peaceful here, with no traffic or partying. Rooms are simple but clean, with comfortable beds. They're fitted with extra mattresses, so ours weren't hard like some other reviewers said. Thumbs up for the kitchen, which has a cooking plate and utensils. WiFi is just about fast enough for streaming. We really enjoyed the stay and would like to come back! :)
