Sea Breeze Hotel Apartments & Residences

We stayed as five in a three-story triplex, with parking available. The upper floor was especially nice for couples, with its own bathroom and a beautiful sea-view terrace. The kitchen was fully equipped, there was nothing missing from the house, and it was spotless with daily cleaning. Despina even left a flowerpot from her garden in ours while we were out. At checkout they gave us mastic soap. Despina and her daughter welcomed us at reception and shared detailed Chios touring tips on a map, including places to eat, swim, and visit. They'd been quick and helpful with our questions from the start of the reservation. When the toilet flush had a problem, it had been replaced by the time we got back. The hair dryer was broken too, and they brought a new one straight away. For an apartment, the service was faster than at many hotels. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet, and you can swim in the sea just below the house, though it's a little rocky. We spent evenings downstairs and drove to beaches with facilities during the day. We were very pleased with our stay.

I stayed at Seabreeze for two weeks in Chios and had a great time. The room was clean, everything worked, the pool was a good size for the property, and the staff were really kind. The air conditioners kept the room cool, the shower had great pressure, and hot or cold water was always available. Thanks so much, Despina! The setting is quiet and beautiful, with the beach less than a minute's walk away. Agia Fotia's main beach takes about a 10-15 minute walk. Seabreeze is around a 15-minute drive from Chios airport and Xora, the main port of Xios, where the shops, restaurants, and nightlife are. I didn't rent a car or scooter, though there seemed to be plenty of places to park. I used taxis, which cost between 20 Euro and 40 Euro for trips taking about 15 to 35 minutes. There's a full kitchen with plenty of supplies, and the supermarket is under a 10-minute drive away. I loved the rooms and the beautiful property, and I plan to stay again when I return.

The apartment felt spacious and had all the comforts we needed, plus a balcony and a bedroom with a spectacular sea view. It was very clean, with fresh linen, and breakfast was generous and made with good ingredients. Despina and Micheal were kind and always available. They deserve the very best.

I'm still here until the end of the month, and so far I'm really enjoying it. I work remotely, and this place feels like paradise. There are cute cats around, plenty of food delivery options, and walks along the beach take you to the next village, unlike what Google Maps shows. I'd recommend gargantua, and would gladly recommend the place to relatives visiting Chios. I was wary of fake advertising and called several times before booking after seeing a review claim the photos weren't accurate and there was no sea view. Now that I'm staying here, I can say it's just like the pictures. We also get daily room cleaning, which we hadn't expected, and the cleaner is very friendly. Whenever we had a small issue, the owner fixed it quickly. She found us an electric orange juicer and a pan right away, and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. You can see she wants guests to have a good time. I have nothing but good feelings about the place. That one-star rating really doesn't seem deserved to me.
