The place felt a bit tired, though it was friendly and clean. We only really used it to sleep, so it was okay. My wife swam in the pool, unlike many guests who sat around it without getting in.

The staff tried their best, but the place felt like Fawlty Towers in Greece. The rooms badly need renovation, and the bathroom should be condemned. The air conditioning leaked into a rusty bottle. The beds are rock hard, maybe good if you have a bad back. There were ants all over the room too, so if you want to study their day-to-day life, this might be the place. After I criticized the place, I don’t expect the room was cleaned. I find it astounding the staff didn’t notice the infestation. If I’d complained at the time, I don’t think anything would have been sorted, since we don’t spend all day at the bar. Corfu is lovely, but stay somewhere else if you want to enjoy it.
A nice little basic but clean hotel, with a pleasant pool overlooking the sea. Good food and service too.
I won’t be returning. The man running the hotel was really rude and seemed to dislike the English. We overheard him telling some other foreign guests that the English were mostly fat and drank too much alcohol. Still, he was happy to take their money.
The rooms need renovation. Everything is old: some bathroom tiles are broken or missing, the door doesn’t close and has no handle, and the bath drain is blocked. The beds and cupboard are old too, and the cupboard won’t close. Air conditioning costs an extra €9.00 per day. There were lots of mosquitoes.
