The setting at Pink Palace is beautiful, with lovely views over Agios Gordios and a laid-back feel. The property has a lot of potential, but my stay was a mixed experience. My main concern was the poor communication. I booked the airport shuttle ahead of time, but ended up waiting more than 90 minutes at the airport in the middle of the night with no updates. I called twice and sent a message, but never got a clear arrival time, so I eventually had to pay for a taxi across the island. Check-in was fast but impersonal, and nobody explained the Wi-Fi, breakfast, facilities, or activities. For most of my stay, answers to my questions felt minimal rather than genuinely helpful. I also felt uneasy about security. Bags are left out in the open by reception, and the room doors have very basic locks that don't properly secure them from either side. As a solo female traveler with a laptop and other electronics for remote work, that made me uncomfortable. My experience was mostly shaped by one staff member. A different receptionist was working on the day I left, and she was friendly, proactive, and very helpful with transport information. She showed me that guests could have a much better experience. The location and views are wonderful, but communication, guest service, and security all need significant improvement.

Everyone at The Pink Palace was incredibly kind and attentive. It feels like a real family-run business, and it was just what I needed when I arrived desperate for a chance to relax. There’s lots to do through the hotel activities or by exploring on your own, but it's also a perfect place to unwind. I’m already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, George, Magda, and everyone who made my stay memorable 🫶🏻❤️

The location worked really well, right beside the beach but a long way from Corfu town. I stayed in a four-bed hostel room and had a great time meeting people through the group chat, then heading out to Corfu town together. Everything was clean and the water pressure was good. The lack of a kitchen and the detached showerhead were a bit disappointing, but I'd stay again.

I wouldn't recommend it. We ended up there as an emergency resort after our flight wouldn't let us board, and the place was below par. The electricity kept cutting out at night, the first room had a leak, and the air conditioner didn't work. The fridge wasn't working properly either. For nearly €200, our family of four got four single beds and very little space. I could go on. It's also quite far from the city if you don't have a car, so I wouldn't recommend the location unless you're after a relaxing holiday and like having a 24-hour bar.

The view from the balcony was spectacular, and the Deluxe triple suite suited me, my husband, and our almost two-year-old perfectly. We had a lovely five-night stay at The Pink Palace resort and would definitely return. Breakfast was pretty decent, the staff were so friendly, and the shuttle service was a real plus at a good price. We loved the experience, and the hotel offers good value for money.
