The food was a mixed experience. The Greek salad and grilled vegetables with peppers, eggplant, zucchini, wild mushrooms, balsamic sauce and cheese were excellent. The slow-cooked beef pasta tasted good but felt pretty standard, while the fried calamari and fries were fresh and delicious. Then the ketchup bottle burst when I opened it. It had gone bad and fermented, splashing over my partner and me, including our faces, hands and clothes. The waiter initially seemed to blame me, then later acknowledged the ketchup was bad. He offered another dish, but we were in a hurry and kept the one we had. We came for dinner and left very disappointed with how it was handled. The bill still included the dish, and there was also a €3 charge for something we hadn’t ordered. The owners apologized, but that was all. Between the incident and the way customers were treated, I can’t give this a good rating.

The restaurant food was TOP, and Sidari, with all its bars and restaurants, is just a 10-15 minute walk away. We stayed five nights with my girlfriend, and the view was amazing. The rooms were super clean, with daily cleaning, and the pool area was perfect. Thanks to Nikos and everyone else for the useful information and for making our holiday unforgettable. Everything was beyond perfect.

Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and the service there was top notch. I wish I could have stayed longer! On arrival I was given an OJ, then shown to a beautiful, clean, cool room overlooking the garden and hills. There’s also a great big pool with a sea view. What a joy to stay here.

The Wave gave us a lot for the price, and I can absolutely recommend it. We stayed five nights and were very happy: the staff were lovely, our room was always clean, and the pool area was neat. We had a really nice sea-view room. It’s also away from the strip, so nights were calm and relaxing. Great hotel, even better staff!

The grilled feta was the highlight, hot, perfectly seasoned and incredibly tasty. We had a great time at this Greek restaurant: the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and our waiter was friendly and helpful. Great food and service. We’ll definitely come back!
