The rooms were lovely, clean and Greek in style. We arrived early and had to wait while the apartment was cleaned. While we waited, the owner made us iced coffee and homemade pastries. The one thing I’d complain about is that the bathroom was a bit small.
The hosts were so friendly and helpful, and we felt the Greek hospitality. The older lady offered me a bag of lemons after I mentioned the lemon trees, and she really did give them to us. They offered to make coffee every day and gave us advice on everything, helping us a lot. We hardly needed the air conditioning because the weather was bearable. Our two balconies at the front and one at the back gave us places to watch the sunset. I’d read what people say about the roads. I broke my foot five weeks before coming to Agios nikitas, and getting around wasn’t so bad for me. The high setting is why the view is so amazing, with that magical blue sea. You won’t regret it, believe me. The bus stop is about five minutes away, maybe less. There’s a bus that takes around 10 minutes, or a similarly short time, to an organized beach called Kathisma Beach. We went there almost every day. It’s a very big, beautiful beach and more comfortable than Agios Nikitas beach because there’s more space. For small kids, though, Agios Nikitas is better. Kathisma Beach often has big waves and big stones.
The view was lovely and the place was clean, but the mattress and pillows were bad.
The room was clean and the view was nice. Sadly, the mattress was really uncomfortable.
