The only real drawback was the small bathroom. A shower curtain would have helped, but with that perfect sea view, it didn’t matter much to me. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel is well located near the beaches and restaurants. The older lady who runs it with her son is lovely. Her Greek-accented English warmed my heart. The view is worth a million dollars. I just got back from Agios Nikolaos, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this gorgeous seaside town.

For a budget hotel, it’s a good place to stay in the city, as long as you’re not expecting lots of activities or services. The location is fantastic, the hotel is quite nice, and my room was very clean. The Wi-Fi was super fast too. Highly recommended.

The location was okay, but parking was a challenge. I booked a double bed and got two separate single beds instead. The staff’s basic English made it hard to sort out. The sea view was only visible if I leaned my head out over the balcony, and without a shower curtain or cabin, water ended up all over the bathroom floor and part of the room. On top of that, the owner runs a market on the hotel grounds. We bought “extra virgine olive oil” there, but it turned out to be canola oil or something similar mixed with olive oil. The whole stay was frustrating and disappointing.

The location is very good, and the double room had a nice view, but it was basic and quite dated. The bathroom was tiny, with no shower curtain or hairdryer. Parking nearby is hard to find, and getting to the hotel and then to the room means climbing stairs. It’s okay if all you need is somewhere to sleep. The hotel is run from a supermarket downstairs, without a proper reception. The shop is fairly large, though the prices are a bit high.
