Villa Friends With Private Pool

We were seven, four adults and three teenagers, and had the best time at Villa Friends. The house was roomy enough for everyone to have their own space, and we loved the view and pool. Dimitris made us feel at home right away, such a kind and welcoming host. We also got to have lunch at his restaurant, where I ate the best lamb I’ve ever had, and learn a little more about him and his family. Some places feel like secrets, but that wouldn’t be fair to Dimitris. We’ll definitely return, and want to thank him again for his warm welcome. Dimitris made the trip for us. He greeted our group, aged 6-10, when we arrived for our eight nights in August and was as helpful and welcoming as could be. The villa was even better than we expected, up in the hills with an amazing view and still only a ten minute drive from the main town. They provide a taxi number so you can call directly for a pickup, and it’s great service at a really good price. We also had one of his catered BBQs, a real treat at your own villa and probably the best food we ate all week. We’d recommend this place to all our friends and family, and will be back as soon as we can.

The pool area is lovely, with really comfortable sunloungers, and the villa’s interior is great too if the weather turns questionable. There’s a good TV system that can play Netflix and such. The kitchen has what you need for self-catering, though you can also take a taxi to Ag Nik, about ten minutes away, or enjoy the downhill walk. Dimitri’s catered BBQ night in the gorgeous outdoor area by the pool is another option. We’ve just returned from a delightful week here as a group of eight. The villa is modern but comfortable, spacious but cosy, just perfect. Dimitri is the best host, always trying to help, and a great storyteller too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his villa to family and friends. We’ll definitely be back!

Villa Friends had everything our group of eight could’ve wanted and more. Dimitris had arranged a great selection of treats, food, and drinks for us when we arrived. The views were magical, the villa was first class, and so was the host. BBQ night was simply perfect, with generous portions and a varied menu that suited everyone, even the especially greedy person in our group, who knows who they are! Thanks for looking after us, Dimitris. We’ll be back, whether you want us or not!!
