Castelli Hotel Adults Only - All Inclusive

The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful hotel, and spotless rooms made for a wonderful stay at Castelli Hotel. The staff were the real highlight, friendly, welcoming, and clearly keen to make our holiday memorable. The food was excellent, the facilities were fantastic, and the attention to detail throughout was outstanding. Thanks to the whole team for such a lovely visit. I left already wanting to come back, and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zakynthos.

Getting to the pool means going down a flight of stairs, so it may not suit anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise, the pool area and hotel are clean and well maintained, and the rooms are comfortable, with enough storage and tea and coffee facilities. It’s a lovely boutique hotel a few minutes’ drive from Laganas town. On arrival, the staff gave us the warmest welcome we’ve ever had, along with a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The food was varied and delicious, with something for everyone, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend Castelli Hotel for a lovely Greek getaway.

The food really stood out. Breakfast had plenty of choices for different tastes, and the lunch and dinner dishes were delicious. You could tell they were cooked and baked with love, and they made us appreciate Greek cuisine even more. We spent 10 days here on our honeymoon, and we’re definitely coming back. There was lots to do around the hotel during the day, and the evening entertainment was amazing. Everyone was friendly, with truly special customer service. We also booked the Honeymoon Stardust Package, and the included massage was unreal. We can’t thank the family at Castelli enough for such a beautiful stay.

Joanna was a star with my gluten-free needs. She talked me through the food every day and at each meal, which made me feel safe and at ease. The rest of the staff were lovely too, ready to help from the moment we walked in. We adored our stay at Castelli Hotel. It had a warm, friendly feel and nothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely, with a good variety and decent quality. The entertainment was great, and the pool was lovely with really decent sunbeds. Such a relaxing holiday!
