Mykonos Lolita, A Grecotel Resort to Live

The northern part of the island was peaceful and beautiful, with incredible sunrises and easy beach access. We got married at the Mykonos Lolita in May, and even with rain on the day, it turned into a wonderful wedding and vacation. Varvara and Dimitris were EXTREMELY helpful, getting our friends and family settled and handling a last-minute move to their sister location Mykonos Blu, which was also a gorgeous venue and hotel. The staff were all friendly and the service was great. We came right at the start of the season, so the A/C and mosquitoes, after rain before we arrived, caused a few problems for our guests. Dimitris and Varvara helped sort things out. I hope to come back in the future.

We stayed in August, and it quickly felt like a family place. I knew nearly all the staff by their first names after only a short while, and everyone looked after guests with real warmth, especially the kids. The lifeguard deserves a special mention: one of them kept an eye on the children even when they were away from the pool. We felt so comfortable that the little imperfections stopped mattering. Amazing hotel, and thanks to the whole crew. We’ll be back!

The breakfasts were delicious, and the coffee came from a proper machine. The menu is simple, but the food tastes fresh and light. Staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, and Marcelino the manager was always around if I needed anything. There was also a lovely kitten living on the property while I was there, and it made my stay. I hope it's still there when I return. Though it isn't in the city, that's part of the charm. It felt like a private villa, with its own beautiful beach and stunning views. I ran out of time to post this on booking, but I had to say this is one of the most beautiful places ever. My number 1 discovery in Greece, with a feeling of luxury and privacy and none of the obnoxious crowds.

The facilities fell short of what I expected and need a lot of attention and repairs. The staff were exceptional, though. When the weather changed to rain during our family's wedding event, manager Dimitrious handled it with sincere smiles and made the whole thing much less stressful. From the Pham family.
