The food selection was limited, and the ingredients seemed very cheap. There wasn’t much tasty fish or fruit variety, with oranges, apples, pineapples and grapefruit served every day. The soup was extremely salty, the processed juices and drinks were cheap, unhealthy and undrinkable, and there was no herbal tea. They served food with aluminum utensils and plastic bowls, and covered hot dishes with plastic and aluminum. The electric kettles were plastic too, rather than inox 18/10. We even found aluminum in our food, and there was a chair in the restaurant covered in blood. For a four-star all-inclusive hotel, I’ve never seen one that didn’t include bottled water in the rooms or room slippers and bathrobes. Staff could drink bottled water, but guests had to pay for it or drink tap water, which gave us stomach pain. Pool towels also cost extra, and parking was €19 a day, while it’s free at other four-star hotels. At least breathing oxygen was free. There were no evening activities for guests, unlike at other four- or five-star hotels. The hotel was expensive for the low quality and limited variety of food, and we also had to pay an extra €10 per night in taxes. Having to pay for bottled water on top of that is incredible.

The food was very good, with tasty things to try and enough new choices that it didn’t get boring. Staff were kind, hardworking and always ready to help. Our room was clean and spacious, and they changed the towels every day. The shared spaces were well looked after too. I had a comfortable, enjoyable stay and would gladly return.

The restaurant staff were welcoming and attentive, and the meals were a highlight. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were fresh and tasty, with a different selection every day. Our room was cleaned and tidied daily, which made the stay more comfortable. We’ve just come back from a week here, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is a short walk from Laganas, so it’s easy to explore town while still having a peaceful place to return to. Reception were very friendly and always willing to help. I was surprised to see negative reviews, because we had a fantastic time and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

The hotel was clean, the main areas looked pretty, and the food was decent. Still, the all-inclusive package doesn’t come close to what you get in Turkey. There were no pool towels to rent, and bottled water was only available at the bar and dining area, so we had to keep asking staff for it. Some staff members were really sour, and some rooms smelled of mold. There’s a pool bar, but you aren’t allowed to go in wet, even though it’s a pool bar. The nearest beach was a complete mess. If you want a decent beach, it’s about a 20-minute walk. Like other reviews have said, the hotel also lacks Greek atmosphere and authenticity.
