The hosts were very kind and helpful, always ready to assist, and we really appreciated their warm hospitality. The location was lovely, too. A few small updates could make the stay much better: the toilet flush needs maintenance, some light bulbs need replacing, and the window shutter should close fully to keep out the early morning sun. It was a pleasant stay, and with those improvements it could be excellent.
The bus stop and beach are both just a few minutes away on foot, and there’s some parking at the property. We had a spacious room overlooking the sea, with a coffee maker, kettle, and open clothes rack. The shower head gave us a little trouble, but it was temporarily fixed for us. Anna and Mama Fraskoula were both very kind. The host spent time chatting and sharing local experiences, and helped us look at the rooms. I’d recommend the place for a peaceful holiday.
The owners, Mrs Anna and Mr Dimitris, are so friendly, cheerful, and helpful. They showed us what Greek hospitality means. Our room was comfortable, with a double bed in Cyclades style, fridge, coffee machine, TV, Wi-Fi, and a shower with shampoo. The apart hotel is under 500m from the beach, with a tasty tavern and amazing view opposite. Agios Stefanos is a lovely village just 2km from the center, and I loved staying there for the first time. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk away, with rides to the center from 9am-12am for only 1,80.
Dimitri picked us up for free when we arrived, then explained the island and gave us great recommendations. He was helpful and hospitable throughout our stay. The area was relaxing, and getting there was easy. The accommodation was perfect. I’d choose Fraskoula’s Rooms again.
On our second trip to Mykonos, we had a car and wanted to see the whole island, so we chose this hotel. I’m really glad we did. The accommodation is beautiful, the service is great, and the area and views are breathtaking. There’s also a nice bar and a restaurant nearby, handy if you want drinks without worrying about driving.
