The peaceful setting made for a relaxing break, and we felt very well looked after by Nikos and everyone at the apartment. They were kind and quick to respond whenever we had a question. We also appreciated being able to request a room clean after a few days at no extra charge. The apartment was spotless, well maintained, and had plenty of towels, so it felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. Corfu Town is about a two-hour journey away, so having a car would be useful for exploring the area, including Agios Stefanos and the city of Corfu. One small suggestion: a blind in the dining room could block some light for anyone sleeping there. I’m sure it would be an easy fix. Thank you, Nikos, for a wonderful stay. We’d happily return!

The views are amazing, and the updates George has made to the apartments and studios look beautiful. He and all his staff are some of the kindest people you could hope to meet, and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone in the village is just as lovely. This is my favourite place to come when I want a break from the stresses of everyday life. See you all next year ❤️

From the balcony, there’s a breathtaking sunset view, and the service was lovely. The room was cleaned every day. I highly recommend nikos apartments.

The sea view from these contemporary apartments is impressive, and there’s a handy shortcut to the clean, well-kept beach. The location feels unique. Inside, though, a few things needed attention. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut and sometimes opened by itself, while the heavy sliding room doors were difficult to move. During our four-day stay the room was cleaned just once. The beds weren’t made, and the four small shower gels supplied at the start weren’t enough, with no extras provided. It’s a good place overall, but these details could be improved.

We had a wonderful summer stay in 2020 and would happily return to Nikos' apartments. San Stefanos is a lovely village, with shops and restaurants for all tastes. The beach is wide and spacious, with clear, fresh water that gets deeper gradually, which is very good for small kids. It takes about ten minutes to walk there. The pool is across the road behind the house, about a minute away. The area is green, has a beautiful view, and the pool is quite deep and always clean. The garden around the apartments is lovely, with lots of beautiful flower bushes, and it’s well cared for. Our apartment was tastefully and cosily furnished and had everything we needed. The view was absolutely stunning, and we loved spending time on our beautiful balcony. George, the friendly owner, was always available if we needed anything extra, and helped with car rental and information. We had great contact with him both personally and on WhatsApp, from booking right through to our last day. He always answered questions quickly and kindly.
