The smaller apartment is a rustic, cozy studio with a great view day and night, and it’s very quiet. It was well equipped, even down to basics like oil, salt, pepper, and tea. The hosts welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home. It also had non-Greek TV channels, including BBC, DW, and one French channel, which can be hard to find in rural Greece. Just two little annoyances, the pillows were very soft and the bathroom handle was loose, making it hard to open and close.

The spot is especially handy for trips around southern and eastern Pelion, though getting to Makrinitsa and Portaria means a long drive with lots of turns. We stayed in December and found the room very warm, with double heating and an ideal fireplace opposite the bed. There was hot water all the time, and the service was very good. Everything was spotless. In theory, it also seems suited to summer, with a pool overlooking an excellent view and a big yard with a barbecue.

I could happily have spent the whole day at the accommodation if there weren’t so many sights to see around Pelion. It’s comfortable and peaceful, with a private pool and a wide-open view over the Pagasetic Gulf. Mr. Michalis was discreet and very friendly.

We’d definitely choose this place again. The accommodation is well built, has all the comforts, and offers a wonderful view. Mr. Michalis is kind, discreet, and always ready to help. We highly recommend it, big thumbs up to the hosts!
