Nadya was especially wonderful, looking after us throughout the stay and making sure we had everything. The staff were kind and cheerful, and even let us check in a little early. Breakfast had plenty of variety, was replenished quickly, and the service was good. We also bought some very nice, high-quality cosmetics from the hotel shop. Our room at Alexander Beach Hotel had a beautiful sea view, and we had a refreshing, relaxing visit to the spa. My wife had booked it for just the two of us, and the staff there were very kind and polite. The hotel could use renovation and had a few hygiene issues, so it doesn't really meet five-star expectations, but we had a really good time and hope to come back soon.

My parents stayed in the renovated section by the lobby in February 2026, while we had a sea-view room at Alexander Beach Hotel. The renovated rooms were much better for comfort and condition. Ours felt neglected, with worn furniture and an outdated interior, and the bed was so uncomfortable that we had significant back pain during the stay. Given that condition, charging extra for the sea view doesn't seem acceptable. I wouldn't pay the premium and would pick the renovated section instead.

Our family had a garden-view room, and it was super clean. Breakfast was really good, and the staff were helpful. There was plenty of parking, and it was easy to find and get to the hotel. We highly recommend it.

Check-in at 4:00 PM felt a bit late for a vacation. Still, the room, balcony, and sea view were lovely, and my favorite parts of our one-night stay. The hotel has two outdoor pools; it was a little disappointing that the larger one still had tree leaves in it. Room service was attentive, and we got a nice gift when we left. I recommend the hotel.

This feels like our home in Alexandroupoli, and it's the hotel we pick every time we visit. We find the rooms clean and comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the staff friendly. They leave complimentary wine and fruit in the room, then give us sweet honey gifts when we leave. Those touches make it feel like they really care about guests.
