Don't trust Home Brain Business or rent a house from them. The owner kept lying to us and scammed us.

The woman who served us was very kind, and the place is near the center, with markets, cafes, and restaurants nearby. But the cleaning was only superficial. The carpets need attention, the windows were dirty, and there was dust even on the light fixtures and inside the kitchen cupboards. The bathroom tiles had been wiped with a yellow cloth that had turned gray. The balconies would need two buckets of water, and the nearly 40 sq.m. house would need another two buckets for mopping. With a child, it was difficult.

It's opposite the tax office, about 1km from the center.

A good setup for a family holiday, including with kids. It had everything we needed, and the location was pretty good too.
