A week into our 11-night stay, we're loving it. It's very quiet at this time of year, and the weather's been good. The pool is lovely and clean, with fresh water that's swimmable in May. We usually have the sheltered pool area to ourselves, even on the occasional windy day, and pool towels are supplied. Our modern, well-equipped studio has extremely comfortable beds, a balcony, and a lovely sea view across the olive groves surrounding Villa Dionysus. Sakis has been very helpful and arranged a hire car for us at a great price. A car is handy for exploring the island, though the Villa is well placed for walking around and you don't need one. Alykanas is a beautiful resort in Zakynthos, one of the best in my opinion. Villa Dionysia is a hidden gem, and we'll definitely return.

I had a lovely stay at Villa Dionysia in Alykanas. There was nothing to complain about: the room and pool were clean, the cleaner was kind, and the owner was respectful. We always had fresh towels. I'd recommend this place if you're after a good holiday.

We had a great week and are looking forward to coming back. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and the little pool was fantastic. It's under 100 metres from the beach, in a quiet part of town, and felt like great value. The airport is about 25 minutes away, and the owner was great at keeping in touch.

The hosts are brilliant, relaxed, friendly, and helpful. The accommodation is great, and the spot lets you stroll into town for restaurants and bars while still having a peaceful place to get away. Can't wait to come back.

I paid through the Booking.com app, and my card worked there. After booking, they still claimed it hadn't gone through, which felt like an attempt to scam me.
