Just returned from our second visit to this charming apartment complex in a lovely seaside village, feeling completely recharged. Maria Stella is such a warm person. She called us from Athens while we were out visiting places, and those calls made the experiences unforgettable.

We loved spending time in the garden and pool, and the owner was lovely and helpful, sharing valuable tips for exploring the area. The Air&Fire Suite was bright, spacious and very clean. The property is conveniently located, about 20 minutes from Chania and near many beautiful beaches. We're grateful for the hospitality and will definitely return.

The sleep on annassa suites' cocomat setup was unforgettable. Even the details add to the feeling of wellbeing: the name annassa means breath, the rooms carry the names of the five elements, earth, water, fire, air and ether, and there are therapy stones in each one. Just being there gave me a sense of healing, happiness, calm and inspiration. It feels made with 'meraki', the Greek idea of creating something with love. Villa Annassa in Almyrida also has plenty of practical appeal: a perfect beach is one block away, shops, restaurants and village life are within walking distance, and it's a calm place to come back to. It's well placed for exploring western and southern Crete and its beauty. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.
