Omega Comfy Apartments

I chose another apartment so I could get some sleep before the wedding, but Omega Comfy Apartments is now charging me for two nights even though I only spent one sleepless night there. The manager had said he would confirm the air conditioning problem with the booking organisation so the booking could be cancelled, and I thought we'd parted on good terms. Now they won't refund me and say I'm being dramatic because the temperature was 17 degrees. That figure is a lie: it was June, and the sun had been on the building all day. It's unacceptable and unfair. I feel scammed, and there are better places in this price range in Almyrida. The good reviews seem outdated, so apparently something has changed. I was in Almyrida for three nights for a wedding. I arrived on the first evening and found that the air conditioning wasn't working. Reception was already closed, so I tried to sleep anyway. It was a horrible night: with the window open there were mosquitoes and loud traffic from the road outside, and with it closed the room was like a sauna. I went to reception early the next morning and first raised it with someone from the diving center, since the manager wasn't there yet. When I spoke to the manager, he called a mechanic, but the problem couldn't be fixed until the following day. I really needed sleep before the wedding, so finding another apartment was a hassle and cost me more.
